Land between St. Johns Street and George Street, Huntingdon will shortly see enabling works commence for a new mixed-use development comprising flexible-use commercial units, as well as 304 dwellings that includes both houses and apartments.
It was announced back in June 2018 that planning permission had been granted, with local construction business Mick George Ltd contracted to complete Demolition, Remediation and Earthworks for a twelve-week period, on behalf of JCAM Commercial Real Estate.

Works begin on new paper separation mill in Kings Lynn

Having gained approval from West Norfolk Council earlier this year, work will imminently get underway on a new paper separation plant in Kings Lynn, operated by Palm Paper Ltd.
Local construction specialist Mick George Ltd acting on behalf of Brooks and Wood Ltd will shortly commence Earthworks on the ‘back-up’ site that will be located to the north of Saddle Bow.

First graduates from two-year degree course

The first group of students to complete a unique accelerated degree will graduate from the University of Salford this week.
The ‘accelerated degrees’ – the only ones in the UK construction and property sectors – launched in Autumn 2016, with students attracted to the new all-year calendar, which allows them to complete much quicker. And now the first 20 have finished their studies and will attend a ceremony at the University’s Peel Park Campus on Thursday.
