Mick George Recycling has further enhanced its Waste Management provision courtesy of a comprehensive new waste segregation station that has been installed at the firms Recycling Centre at Dogsthorpe, Peterborough.
The company which prides itself in leading the independent waste management field for over 40-years, currently manages large volumes of waste from construction, industrial and domestic sources.

In order to raise operator comfort levels on truck-mounted concrete pumps with large booms, the company has launched an innovative vibration damping system. Schwing, in partnership with Baumer Electric AG, has developed a new strain sensor with an IP69K protection rating and an exceptionally broad measuring range to provide precise signaling of deflections as they occur in the boom.

Mick George secure wind farm package

Since the official turf cutting back in September 2018, significant progress is being made on the Triton Knoll offshore wind farm project managed by lead shareholder, Innogy.
Construction specialist Mick George Ltd has now been appointed on behalf of J. Murphy and Sons Ltd to complete Earthworks at the main onshore cable site off the A16 near Stickney.
Demolition begins on Letchworth Garden Square

The redevelopment of Garden Square Shopping Centre, Letchworth is now underway with construction specialists Mick George Ltd contracted to complete demolition works.
The project run by the Martin Property Group comprises three elements; a comprehensive renovation of Commerce House, the demolition and rebuilding of 23-25 Leys Avenue, and a new build on Leys Square adjacent to the WHSmith store which is also part of the transformation plans.
