End to end charity motorbike ride 2021

Enigma employees and partners are undertaking the ultimate endurance challenge weekend of Saturday 26th June 2021. The fundraising team will ride motorbikes a distance of 984 miles from Lands End, Cornwall to John O’Groats, Scotland. To raise awareness and funds for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health, who for over a century have been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues like posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. Today they provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service.

The Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2020 ASFP Passive Fire Protection Industry Awards. The awards, now in their fourth year, aim to highlight achievements within the passive fire industry.

While the face-to-face awards ceremony was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19, the Association announced the winners at its virtual AGM on 28 April 2021, to ensure that their outstanding performance was recognised. There are five categories of award, each recognising key achievements within the industry, with the high calibre of nominations received demonstrating how ASFP members can succeed even in times of adversity.
