Midlands Asset Finance make key new appointment to its team in Yorkshire

Independent financial services broker, Midlands Asset Finance, has enhanced its support for SMEs with the appointment of Paul Delaney as Business Development Manager for Yorkshire. 

Paul (pictured) will be responsible for building new customer relationships in Yorkshire and will arrange funding transactions for real estate, invoice and asset finance working with our extensive panel of High Street and Challenger Banks.

Dates announced for tall building fire safety events

The Tall Building Fire Safety Network, which offers regular courses and conferences on Tall Building Fire Safety Management in locations around the world, has announced a full schedule of events for 2017.

CIOB strengthens Build UK

SSIP saves buyers and suppliers over £50 million annually

New figures compiled by the Safety Schemes in Procurement Forum (SSIP) highlight over £50 million of savings to clients, other buyers and suppliers in 2016.

The figures show the total savings, linked to cross-recognition between health and safety supply chain assessments, reported to SSIP by individual assessment schemes.  Cross recognition reduces the need for clients to re-check suppliers' details or to specify a particular assessment scheme, and for contractors to fill in numerous health and safety questionnaires.
