Baris Group talks construction training methods

“How do your training methods differ from competitors?”

In times of economic difficulties, many construction companies have reduced their investment in training and development. This is understandable as government funding schemes and grants have not been readily available, but as a forward thinking company, Baris Group is committed to training and is passionate about offering the most skilled employees. In order to achieve this, continuous investment is imperative.

From our CAD operatives to cladders, there is a clear development path for everyone within the business that is implemented from day one. Individual progress is reviewed on a weekly basis and there are monthly board meetings to discuss the development of the business as a whole. Last year alone we provided 95 NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications for our own employees plus a number of subcontractors that we regularly work with.

Being fully committed to quality means that everyone who works on behalf of Baris needs to perform to the same high standards of workmanship, which is why we also provide training for subcontractors.
