Steve Wiskin joins THSP Risk Management

THSP Risk Management are pleased to announce the appointment of BehaviourBased Safety expert Steve Wiskin to their team.  Steve has designed and delivered award winning Behaviour Based Safety Programmes to a wide range of organisations from the construction, civil engineering, facilities, highways and rail sectors.

His work with these companies and their employees has proved a catalyst for cultural change resulting in significant reductions in the number of reportable accidents whilst the number of minor accidents have dropped by at least 50%.  Companies have also reported an average 150% rise in the number of safety incidents reported within the businesses, which is a testimony to employee ownership of the programme.

The programme has been merited with a number of awards including Safety Innovation Awards, the Rail Business Awards and was a Highly Commended the annual IOSH awards, and most notably to Steve Wiskin for is development, management and facilitation of the programme winning Safety Person of the year.
