Bullock announces appointment of new CEO

National contractor Bullock has announced the appointment of Ian Burnett to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Ian joins the business having acted as an independent consultant to the organisation’s Board for the last 6 months.
Ian brings with him extensive industry experience and a wealth of social housing and construction knowledge; having previously worked for the Wates Group for 18 years and latterly in the role of Managing Director of Wates Living Space.
Speaking about his appointment Ian said: “Bullock holds a strong reputation in the social housing and commercial property markets and I look forward to further supporting the company’s profitable and sustainable growth in these core sectors.

Ian is a well-regarded industry expert within housing having participated on a wide range of advisory and policy groups across this particular sector. Ian is a Fellow of RICS and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He is also trustee of the recently formed Selby Housing Trust.
The Bullock Head Office is based in the West Midlands with regional offices spread across England and Wales. The company employs approximately 450 people and has over 55 years’ experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects across both the domestic and commercial property sectors.
