JPCS expand their senior management team

HIGHWAYS maintenance and civil engineering contractor, JPCS, has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of highways expert Rosie Shanks.
Rosie joins JPCS as commercial and business development director and brings more than 20 years’ experience in the highways and local authority sector.
Rosie has extensive experience working in the highway sector in the UK and Europe and has held various positions for local authorities and private contractors including being the Commercial Director at Ennis Prismo, road marking and specialist treatment manufacturer and contractor.
In her new role at JPCS, Rosie will be growing JPCS’ client base in highways, rail and renewable energy infrastructure, as well as developing and managing the strategy for long term growth.
Peter Shone, managing director of JPCS, said: “Rosie has a proven track record of maximising the profitability of contracts and developing lasting partnerships to secure sustained growth. She will be a fantastic addition to our already strong management team.”

Rosie was an executive committee member of the Road Safety Marking Association (RSMA) and a fellow of the Institute of Highways Engineers.
JPCS maintains highways and railways across the UK and is also the leading installer of ground mounted solar PV. With a turnover of £10 million the company works with clients such as Balfour Beatty, the Highways Agency, British Gas, Carillion, Eurovia and local authorities.
