British Property Federation (BPF) appoints new Director of Finance

Ion Fletcher will become the new Director of Finance at the British Property Federation (BPF) in September, succeeding Peter Cosmetatos when he leaves to become Chief Executive of CREFC Europe.
Fletcher has spent three years as Senior Policy Officer at the property trade association, having previously held positions in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate and Construction team.
Ion Fletcher said: “I’m looking forward to the challenge of building on what I’ve learnt during my time already spent at the BPF, and getting the best possible deal from Brussels and Westminster for the property industry, and improve the legislative and fiscal environment in which the industry operates.
“Despite the difficult market conditions, this is an exciting time for the industry as the economy shows signs of stabilisation and marginal growth.”
