Financial services broker, Midlands Asset Finance (MAF), has announced the launch of its new ‘Help to Supply’ scheme.

NASC 2020 Safety Report shows record low accidents

The number of accidents and injuries recorded by NASC members fell to an all-time low in 2019, with just 74 incidents to operatives throughout the year.
This figure is revealed in the NASC 2020 Safety Report, which documents and analyses accident and injury statistics for its full contracting members – representing more than 17,000 scaffolding operatives across the UK – in the previous calendar year.

As part of the UK Government’s announcement of a new five pillar plan to boost testing for COVID-19, AstraZeneca, GSK and the University of Cambridge have formed a joint collaboration to take action to support this national effort.
A new testing laboratory will be set up at the University’s Anne McLaren Building which will be used for high throughput screening for COVID-19 testing and to explore the use of alternative chemical reagents for test kits in order to help overcome current supply shortages.

Scaffolding Association announces launch of COVID-19 Wellbeing Guidance Notes
