Constructionarium welcomes Rand Watkins as the newest addition to its board

Constructionarium is pleased to announce the appointment of Rand Watkins as the newest member of its esteemed board of directors. With Rand's extensive expertise and industry knowledge, Constructionarium is poised to reach new heights in its mission to provide exceptional hands-on construction learning experiences and to welcome new strategic partners from industry.

Rand brings a wealth of experience to Constructionarium, having spent over 25 years in senior positions on numerous major infrastructure projects across the UK and overseas. Her track record of leadership and innovation in the field makes her a valuable addition to the board.

Through her promotion, sponsorship and mentoring of early careers professionals, she has demonstrated a commitment to advancing construction education and diversity across the sector. Her vision aligns seamlessly with Constructionarium's mission to empower the next generation of construction professionals by providing real-world, practical experiences that promote the principle of equality of opportunity.

Rand is a Client Director within the Infrastructure business of AtkinsRéalis and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, with a career working across client, contractor and consultant organisations. She is an ICE Supervising Civil Engineer, a judge for the Women in Construction and Engineering Awards and a Partnership Governor at Tadworth Primary School.
