C.UK Secure Serpentine Green Shopping Centre

C.UK now provide security services for the Hampton based Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, having successfully won yet another long-term security contract.

Serpentine Green Shopping Centre was opened in February 1999 and occupies 318,686 square feet. C.UK have a team of 12 officers on site, who provide security to the Shopping Centre on a 24/7 basis and support the Centre Management’s exclusive events including charity occasions, and brand promotions. The majority of the security team have been taken on by C.UK from the previous security provider; however, several positions have recently been recruited from within the local Peterborough community.

Rog Hatlem, CEO of C.UK commented “We are confident that we not only have the experience and capacity to deliver a first class service to the Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, but can provide a highly trained customer care security team that are ambassadors for the Shopping Centre.”

Centre Manager for Serpentine Green, Denis Baldry, added “I am confident that C.UK understands that the role is not just about security, it is about making shoppers feel welcome, helping with directions, finding their car or simply a friendly face”.

The security personnel have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential to interact effectively with tenants, the public, and contractors.
