New loop alarm protects against plant theft
CCSec has just introduced its new Vehicle Loop alarm to the UK, providing an added layer of security to its comprehensive alarm and monitoring package.
The Vehicle Loop Alarm is a wireless device which protects plant machinery from theft by way of an alarmed cable which is simply wrapped around the machinery, and then plugged together.
If the cable is cut or pulled apart, this then activates the wireless transmitter to trigger to the main alarm panel. CCSec's Central Monitoring Station, which is manned 24x7, is alerted once an alarm is triggered and can dial in, view the CCTV cameras and take appropriate action.

As the Vehicle Loop Alarm is wireless, providing it is within range of the base station, it can be easily moved to different equipment as, and when, required.
