TATA Excellence Award for XERVON Palmers supervisor

XERVON Palmers Site Supervisor, Stuart Myers has been presented with an Excellence Award by TATA at their Skinningrove steel works on Teesside, in the North East of England.

The TATA award has been given in recognition of Stuart’s (and his XERVON Palmers team) efforts and support shown in providing expert scaffolding and access services in the first week of the current shutdown at the steel plant in the North East.

Nationwide Platforms hosts record-breaking working at height forum

A record number of senior managers and directors attended the 2015 Working at Height Best Practice Forum.

More than 220 delegates from companies using powered access equipment in the UK went to the event, reflecting its growing importance as a forum for driving innovation and safety.

One hundred days of helping from Hope Construction employees

This week, Hope Construction Materials’ employees completed 100 days of voluntary work, as part of the organisation’s “Hope for Others” initiative.  

The scheme, launched by the firm in 2014, sees Hope employees choosing to partake in charity work close to their heart, with the organisation offering two fully paid days leave to each employee per year.
