Avonside Group Services strengthen their commitment to Health & Safety

Avonside Group Services are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Johnson CMIOSH MIIRSM as Health & Safety Manager for the Group this April.

The management of Avonside Group Services have always been proactive in their approach to Health and safety (for example; all their Branch Managers are NEBOSH trained) and this appointment further demonstrates the positive culture of continuing to improve the health, safety and welfare of staff, operatives and all those who come into contact with their operations.

Joining Avonside with a wealth of health and safety experience in the construction industry Paul’s key objective is to provide support and advice to ensure that all operations are managed safely. He will also take a completely fresh look at the existing management systems and procedures, produce recommendations and implement any necessary changes.

Paul will be reporting directly to the Group’s Managing Director, Mr Tony Burke, who adds “The appointment of Paul Johnson further strengthens our commitment to the management of health and safety practices within the Group”
