Construction Law is a complex area of law.

Whereas we encourage parties in dispute to resolve their differences amicably we appreciate that this is not always possible. 

We have experience dealing with disputes arising from the payment provisions contained in the Construction Act and supporting Scheme and are familiar with industry standard contractual documents such as the JCT Minor Works Contract.  

We regularly act for developers, principal contractors as well as sub-contractors and have extensive experience dealing with multi-party disputes tried in the specialist Technology and Construction Court as well as Arbitration and Adjudication.
